Help...mp3?

i brought this mp3-coby mp-c756- but i can't seem to transfer any files into the mp3 from my computer.

when i connect the mp3 player to the computer it recognizes it as a mtp media player. then it says

"synchronize media files to this device using windows media player" or "take no action." i selected the first option, %26amp; windows media player opens up %26amp; says "windows media player does not detect a portable device. connect your portable device, %26amp; then try again."

can anybody help me out with this issue? i already wrote to the tech support of the company about a million times but they do not respond.

*i have a mp3 player on my camera, %26amp; it works fine-%26amp; i transfer files to it with windows media player using the same computer.*

another thing on 'my computer' it does not show a portable device eg. (F:)-like my camera/mp3 does

it might not be in the right mode, try to see if you can set it to msg mode or some thing closely related to it, or maybe you need to look on the website for some download to update it, or maybe get something else on your computer like musicmatch or maybe windows media player doesn't support it . Or check to see if they still make that type of mp3 player, if they don't then there isn't much you can do. Hope That Helps
