My mp3 player keeps giving me an error, like half way through a song it stops and says error with a

There's like a bracket with a small 41 in the top right hand corner.

Also you can tell it's glitching, it has a small screen just to show artist, album, song etc... and sometimes you see odd things like ` or other characters where they shouldn't be.

What I have tried:

Format.

Completely new set of music, that was not on before.

Deleting songs off the mp3 player as they glitch, I then have to restart it since it still doesn't work...

Same problem occurs.

Aditional details:

It came free with a Bosch electric screw driver, the box says Bosch but the mp3 player has no sign of Bosc on it so I'm assuming it's one of those Chinese mass producing brands.

There's nothing on the Bosch website hinting on mp3 players... So no help there.

What it says on the mp3 player:

It's got a microphone, works on batteries.
