Mp3 Website Launching(for punjabi and hindi) music Soon?

Ok I need some serious Answers for this Question.

Ok me and my team are launching a mp3 website for punjabi,hindi mp3 amd movies downloads. and its going to be a monthly membership cheep one, but before we launch it I want t find out will people join the membership for a small price to downlaod unlimited mp3 music and videos.

The website will have cd quality mp3's and it will have dvd ripped movies and up coming movies news albums and musch more, and a chat room and blog four extr,,,

The other question is that would you as a person go to a website that gives free mp3's but low quality music, or will you come and join the website that gives cd quality music with a small price monthly membership do download unlimited music and videos.

whats your answer please be kind and serious becuase I have over 20,000 mp3's in my hard drive waiting to be launched.

if not then it wont be launched at all. I will not give out the website name yet.

I think it is fair because we are paying so it is not "illegal" and for a little fee we will get unlimited mp3 music and videos. I would go for it
